We are unable to service or repair anything that is excessively dirty. A $99 charge will be added if cleaning is needed.

Why Is Factory Recommended Maintenance Important?

Regular maintenance is key to ensuring a long, healthy life for your machine. Staying up to date on scheduled service keeps your vehicle running smoothly, safely, and reliably. Poor maintenance can cause parts to wear out twice as fast as those on a well-maintained unit.

What us my Break-in?

See manufacturer’s details and check with your service advisor.

Can I Watch or Work with the Techs on My bike?

No, insurance regulations prevent customers from being in the technician area. We also prefer technicians to focus without distractions. However, we are happy to answer any questions you have about the service.

Can I Provide My Own Parts & Accessories?

There is no warranty on any work performed with customer-supplied parts and warranty repairs cannot include customer-supplied parts. If you provide your own parts or accessories, they must be new and OEM.

Will You Service Other Motorcycle Brands?

We service and repair all major motorcycle, powersport and boat brands. We handle repairs that don’t require diagnostic equipment. For repairs better suited for a franchised dealer, we’ll inform you.

NOTE: WE LIMIT SERVICE TO MACHINES THAT ARE 15 YEARS OLD OR NEWER.

EXPEDITED SERVICE

We offer emergency service for customers needing repair urgently, with limited slots available each week. These services are charged at an emergency labor rate of $199/hour, and special order parts will incur an overnight shipping charge.
